By accessing or using Almighty Budget ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Almighty Budget is a personal and small-business budgeting application available on iOS, Android, and web. The Service includes free and premium tiers with varying feature access.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may create an account using email/password or start as a guest and upgrade later. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Joining the waitlist is free and non-binding. We will use your email only to send launch updates and early access invitations. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Premium features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed in the app and on our website. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application.
• Use automated tools to scrape or misuse the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

Almighty Budget is a budgeting tool, not a financial advisor. We do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Almighty Budget shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
